As an executive or leadership coach, you may be facing similar challenges that many today are facing:
ππ» Increased expectations surrounding delivering more and delivering faster
ππ» Performing to a consistently higher standard on fewer resources
ππ» Space to build a high-performing, creative, flexible mindset
Imagine having the daily hustle and bustle removed, allowing you to think with clarity as you design programmes to create a psychologically supportive environment for your clients as you, in turn, feel supported yourself.
Imagine having a virtual assistant (guess who?) stand by your side using my skills to support you whilst you use your skills to support your clients, helping you show up at the right place, at the right time, with you and your materials all at your best.
I love the work I do with executive and leadership coaches. I love seeing the results you guys achieve and the value, motivation, unity and resilience you bring to teams.
Having a VA support you with your administration and logistics allows you:
β The space to build up authentic relationships with your clients and, of course, that all-important rapport
β To enhance your own effectiveness and productivity
β To invest in your own wellbeing and resilience
β To serve yourself well and thrive
As I beaver away in my office doing what I do best, my clients have more time to get out there and do what they do best – delivering engaging and empowering content.
The more I keep those plates spinning, the more time my clients have for fee-earning work!
So, how do I help?
I’ve been thrilled this month to have supported my executive and leadership coaching clients with in-person events, both locally and also in Bristol, a couple in London, Copenhagen and a couple in Geneva.
What I do varies slightly from client to client but has included:
β Managing diaries, not just for the event itself but for planning meetings and post-event follow-up
β Onboarding of new clients
β Researching and booking travel and hotels
β Proofreading documents, emails and materials
β Preparation of materials and organising the completion of profiles
β Liaising with printers
β Email correspondence and progress updates
β Acting as a co-host on Zoom
β Invoicing arrangements
β Collating feedback and testimonials
During busy times, it also helps to have a second pair of hands, eyes and ears to ensure that nothing slips through the net.
I regularly correspond with my clients’ clients directly, using appropriate language in the style of my client.
I’m happy to say that we’ve come through an incredibly busy month hitch-free, and even the rail strikes didn’t disrupt us. Heck, even the hotel I found near Heathrow for my (female) client, which you can book by the hour, worked out! π
I have experience with Insights Discovery, Mindflick Spotlight, PRINT and a little bit of DiSC.
I love what I do!
